urgent please:I forgot Webassessor Login,password

Hi,

  I am the salesforce dev-401 certified candidate, i passed in sp12 exam on april 25th in 2012,

  now i am planning to write Maintenance exam.But i loss my username and password for webassessor.

  How could i get my login details.

 

Can any body please help me,

I am facing the same problem, pls suggest me the solution  @ramamohanreddy 
I am supposed to write Maintenance exam But i have  lost my username and password for webassessor , please guide me how to recover it.
