Tell if SelfServerUser Password was reset through salesforce

Does anyone know if you can tell through the api when a SelfService users password was last change?
 
And if it was last changed through www.salesforce.com?  I noticed when its changed through sf.com the next time you log into the selfservice portal it forces you to change your password.
