How to Redirect the logged in user from my site to salesforce.com

Hi,
 
     I am working with Salesforce.com API integration, if the user login in to my site and if that user is one of the salesforce.com user (SSU) then I have to redirect that user to salesforce.com site with out asking any login at salesforce.com.
 
Can you suggest which formate i have to redirect that user.
