Killing the .net session after logout using sales force logout option.

Hi All,

 

after deploying the .net application in the sales force. how to kill the .net user session when they logout using the sales force logout.

 

please let me know does anybody experience this issue.

I am "pretty" sure the API session ID and web GUI (login.salesforce.com) session ID are different. Therefore, you can't close the API session through the salesforce logout button. Hope other members can confirm my statement.

Yes, the .net app does not automatically log out after logging out of the browser session.
