Error: You cannot deactivate a user who is a portal administrator.

Hi All,

 

any body can suggest  how to deactivate a portal administrator.

 

We don't have any customer portal users also.

We cannot deactivate a portal administrator as specified by the link  . A User with "Manage Partners" , "Edit Self- Service Users" , Access to Accounts, Contacts and Document Folder containg portal Header is allowed to be portal Admin .

 

I believe this could be the solution In order to deactivate them you need to Remove these permissions from the profile of the User which you want to deactivate .
