Outlook 2013 - SFDC Ad Email, Create Case, Side Panel issue

Hello.

 

Does anyone knows if these features are working correctly on Outlook 2013?

I did some tests and I haven't been able to get them to work.

Any direction on this will be much appreciated.

Yes all these functionalities are working. I would suggest you to check your salesforce for Outlook configuration, like if you have included side pannel or not. For details refer following links:
