How can I customize the Layout of 'Posts of myself' in this Board

When I click 'View All' to open the list of Posts of myself,

how can I define the layout of this page.

For example, most recently updated topics are on the top,....

or how many posts are displayed in one page,... etc.

As far as I know, you can't. Try looking at www.lithium.com's page and see if they can advise.
