I am currently using Event Log Files to track specific usage details of Generative Chat and Email, which is captured on Lightning Interaction file type where Target_UI_Element = PostTheChat_button OR PostToEdit_button, and  Component Name = insertDraftEinsteinResponse. I'm looking to transition this tracking to the new Event Log Objects (ELO).

Has anyone figured out which ELO contains this data? LightingInteraction doesn't have an exact mirrored ELObject and I can't seem to find the data in any of them. The hope is to connect the object data to Snowflake so I don't have to pull in csv data from the files into Snowflake..

I know everyone is moving on to Agentforce but we're still using this new tool that is now already considered ancient lol

Instructions state to select Sales Email, but that option is not in the drop down list available.  Has any one encountered this and found a resolution?

    Hi, @Sacha Jackson

Make sure that all Challenges from this topic are completed in the same Playground. Each subsequent Challenge builds on the previous one.

Help me resolve the error. Challenge not yet complete in Resourceful Impala Playground

We check your work in the org's default record page. In the Contact record page, we found your most recent changes in a version that's not the org's default. Make the changes in the org's default and then click Check Challenge again.

Hi Trailblazers,

I've noticed that in my Marketing Cloud account, new contacts are being created in Contact Builder when someone clicks the unsubscribe link in our emails — even if they were never in our All Contacts list. These new contacts show up with only a Contact Key, no email address, and the source says "Unspecified".

This is becoming an issue since it increases our contact count with empty, non-usable records. After some research, I came across the "Do Not Create Contacts on Unsub" feature, but I can't find a way to activate it in the UI.

Has anyone managed to enable this setting, or know how to request it through Salesforce Support?

Any advice or experience around this would be super helpful.

Thanks in advance!

How can they never have been in your All Contacts list, if they have been emailed? Everyone on All subscribers list is also in All Contacts list.

We have a custom object with a status field. Managers want a weekly email sent to all agents listed on records in a specific status.

Great! I created a Scheduled Flow to look for the desired records that pulls the emails for the four users on each record. The issue is that the same agent may is normally on multiple records. This means that each user gets ten or more identical emails with the link to a report. Not a good user experience.

Scheduled Flows run in batches that run multiple records through separate 'copies' of the flow simultaneously. So standard deduping practice of using a Decision Element to route dupes will not work.

I tried populating values in a Custom Setting but encountered the same issue. I've read all the articles, but they have not resolved this issue.

Has anyone found a solution to prevent dupes in a scheduled flow without Apex or LWC?
