HansD Invalid Field Index - synchronisation outlook contacts to SF
Dear All,
When synching contacts towards SF from outlook using the outlook edition (latest version, just upgraded from 2x to 3x but problem seems to be the same) , I get an Invalid Field Index error on non used fields (e.g. AssistantName) resulting the contacts not to be added.
Field mapping looks ok - deleting the fields in question in the synch application so that they're not mapped or editing the XML dictionary doesn't help as well. When deleting the AssistantName mapping for example, it only gives a similar error on the next field in the list.
Did anyone encounter a similar problem and found a solution for this ?
any suggestions are welcome.

You're probably more like to get an answer on the desktop integration forum where all the outlook edition folks hang out.
