Outlook Connector - Trying to sync information from salesforce to a custom form in outlook

Hi all,

 

Can anyoune help?

 

I have created a custom form in Microsoft Outlook and made it my default form.

 

I can synchronize from Microsoft Outlook to Salesforce but when I try to synchronize from Salesforce to Microsoft Outlook, it doesn't use my custom form.

 

Rather, it uses the default Microsoft Outlook form. How can I correct this?
