Unable to login to Apex Data Loader

I am trying to import some data into salesforce but I am not able to login into data loader. When I am trying to login below error is popping:

 

Failed to send request to https://test.salesforce.com/Services/Soap/u/27.0

 

 

Can anybody please help me..!

Hi,

 

Couple of checks here,

 

1) Check the org you are trying to access. If its developer/production org then set the URL in the settings as login.salesforce.com. For sandbox org make it as test.salesforce.com

 

2) Provide Password to access Apex Dataloader as Password+Security Token

I have the same issue.  I set the Login URL to test.salesforce.com entered my Password and Security token.  I get the error Failed to send request to https://resourceful-moose-150057-dev-ed.lightning.force.com/services/Soap/u/40.0
