Yes, for many languages, and you can use the Translation Workbench feature to translate your custom fields and components. You have the ability to upload translations in bulk as well. You can set language for your entire organization or specific users.

U can see transalation workbench that supports Multilingual for users objects. U can transalate the field names from one lang to another lang...for example if u are a french user u can see the same object which has created in English in french if only you selects your language as french(see profile information)...
