How to publish app in appexchange

Hi,

 

     I don't have salesforce licence but i like to publish app in appexchange.pls can anyone tell the procedure to publish?

Vinita.. If the app will be published as free, then will it cost anything for becoming Partner/Security review?

Free apps are not subjected to security review fee. You can refer following link for security review cost:
