Scheduling/emailing dashboards

Hi,

 

Is scheduling and/or emailing dashboards(that  contains 4 different reports) is governed by the schedule report limit.

 

Because we have an user who is asking to schedule 4 different reports and have those scheduled reports emailled to him .

 

But as the limitation for scheduled reports in EE is 200 we are concerned about doing 4 scheduled report for one single user.

 

So if we use the dashboard option having these 4 reports will it hit the limits of scheduled reports?

 

Please advise!!!!

Hi,

 

Scheduling a dashboard to email it to a user cannot be done in Salesforce.

 

Post this as an idea to Salesforce to include dashboards to be scheduled.

You can schedule and email a dashboard : https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=dashboards_schedule_refresh.htm&language=en

 

If you add these reportd on a dashboard - it will count towards the limit of the dashboard refresh(200 per ORG) and not the report.
