Open CTI Configuration

I have to integrate CTI system with Salesforce. I have installed open CTI from following link.


Can anyone guide me How can I configure it with my CTI System? I have simple requirement. I have to open relative account page as a pop up when a call is reached at CTI System.Please help.

Hi Varun,

You will need to engage with a consultancy to work with you to do this work. However there is a lot material available online as well to get you through the initial hurdles.

If you have specific problems, or specific steps which you need help we, we can answer those for you on the board.

Not sure if this is still an open question, but checkout this blog -

There's a newer way to build CTI integrations to salesforce with Open CTI as described in the blog. You want to avoid the desktop adapter as it will no longer be supported with the Spring '15 release.
