report statistics

Hi experts ,

 

Can anyone tell us how we can track which report has been to click through and by who ?

Is there any statistics for reports?

Hi Sue,

 

There is a standard report data type for Reports under the "Administrative Reports" that lets you report on Reports with basic information like Report name, folder, Created by, Last Modified Date/By, Last Run date etc. However, what it does not offer the "Last Run By (User)" which is something that I think you are looking for. 

Do take note that you can see the Administrative Reports folder on the Reports tab only if you have the “View Setup and Configuration” permission.

Go to | Reports | New Report | Administrative Reports | reports | click Create | You may add the required column options including | Last Run |
