Urgent :: DODGE Leads

Hi,

 

Any one have some idea about DODGE Leads? I do not have any idea about DODGE Leads and I needs to import DODGE Leads to the salesforce. Please help me.

Even I do not have much idea. Once I start my developing I will share everything with you all. But I am in initial step so just wants to know anyone had work on this.

DODGE is tool for creating leads.

There are several link I found but I think below is more related to that tool.
