Looking for independent developer, UI designer, and SFDC admin for upcoming projects

I have several projects coming up in the next few months that I need help with.  I am looking for several people that have the following experience:

 

 

1.  Apex, Visual Force developer, s-controls

2.  Interaction and UI design with experience in Flex, Yahoo User Interface library, and any other user interface libraries

3.  SFDC administration and configuration - workflows, reports, formulas, etc

Overall I have over 20 years experience with client relations, full-cycle development, database design, business process, Microsoft Cerification training, etc...
