Opening a case for a developer org

All the documentation about activating features such as multicurrency say the way to do it is to log a case with Salesforce.  However, it doesn't seem possible to log a case using a dev org.  Any advice?

It should be available under the Help & Training link.

To open a case you need to log in to your production environment. Your Name > Help and Training > Contact Support

Unfortunately the "Open a Case" button on the help page sends me to the login page, and when I login it redirects back to Salesforce.  Clicking the help link does the same thing as before, taking me to the help page, but not logged in.  It seems unable to persist the login necessary to actually open a case.  My suspicion is that it has something to do with the fact that it's a developer org.

Well, in the past i have raised some cases through developer org. So, it might not be something to do with developer orgs.
