PHP Toolkit and Knowledge

Hi,

I have noticed that when running a SOSL FIND via the PHP Toolkit against Knowledge objects.

FIND {tourism} RETURNING FAQ__kav
    (Id, Title WHERE PublishStatus='archived')
WITH DATA CATEGORY Geography__c AT Iceland__c

The knowledge dashboards do not reflect / update stats like "Recently Searches", "Unsuccessful Search Terms" etc.  Am I missing something here?

Thanks in advance

Peter

Hi,

It's correct, today, SOSL queries are not track in Knowledge report. We are looking to updatre this in the coming releases.

Hi,

Thank, atleast I have confirmation that it does not work currently and that it was not something I was doing.   I have managed to workaround this by creating a Public Site that returns JSON from a visualforce pages, which runs <knowledge:>  components on it, and these appear to adjust the View Stats and Search Terms reports.  Might actually be the better option anyway in the long run when integrating with 3RD Party sites.

Thanks
