    CRM Salesforce.com Consultant

    Location:           Location Negotiable

    Travel:              80% (Monday - Thursday)

    Key responsibilities may include:
    • Supervising process and functional design activities
    • Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
    • Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
    • Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
    • Planning and executing data conversion activities (e.g., test data)
    • Driving test planning and execution

    Basic Qualifications:

        * Bachelors Degree
        * 2+ years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems integration and/or implementation experience
        * 2+ years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis

    Preferred Skill Requirements:

        * Ability to travel 80%
        * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle on Demand
        * Basic project management experience

    • Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
    • Working with the client to understand and document their existing processes as well as document their future, improved and standardized processes that will be enabled by the SaaS solution

    • Performing configuration and administration of SaaS solution, based on application designs

    • Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
    • Planning and executing data conversion activities (e.g., test data)
    • Creating training materials, supporting training delivery and providing end-user support

    Basic Qualifications:

        * Bachelors Degree
        * 6+ months of Salesforce.com systems integration and/or implementation experience
        * 1+ years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis

    Preferred Skill Requirements:

        * Ability to travel 80%
        * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle On Demand

    Key responsibilities may include:

    • Drive overall SaaS project with accountability to Client Stakeholders

    • Create and manage risk, issue and change management for the project

    • Ultimate delivery responsibility - design, build, test, deploy and training activities, on and offshore project team management

    • Provide guidance and expertise to the client to shape their SaaS solutions.  Includes creating deployment, training and governance approaches

    • Identify and pursue business development opportunities - establish scope, estimate, present to client executives, manage contract development and approvals

    Basic Qualifications:

        * 8+ years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems integration and/or implementation experience
        * 8+ years of IT Project Management
