Is there any way to display definition when mouse hovers the stand pick list values

Hi All ,

 

 Is there any possibility to show some definition when mouse hovers over standard picklist filed values

Did you tried to add help text in you standard picklist field to show defination ...!

 

To add help text just edit standard picklist field and add some text in help text box..!
