Can't install Entitlements 2.09 from AppExchange

Has anyone experienced an issue installing Entitlements 2.09?
 
 
I get a "Request in Progress. You will be notified by email when it completes" message, but that was 4 days ago and it is still not installed.
Any help would be appreciated.

Can you please log a case and include the details around where you are trying to install this app. Also, can you please try to install it one more time just to confirm it is still an issue?
