Looking for small custom project developer

I am seeking 1 or more developers for small custom projects in Salesfore.
In particular, I need an automated email/task management process that will
manange email and follow-up contacts for incoming web-to-leads Leads.
the idea is to offload routine contact/follow up tasks now done manually.

i would also like to recommend a good company offering similar servives, and at good rates given that the work is done offshore.. Please suggest which would be more convenient for you.
