What does this message in LMA mean ?
I try to modify a license for my managed package and I get this message in LMA:
>> The proxy user isn't available. Chances are they've deactivated <<
Is the customer org no longer active ?
Researched this internally and it means the customer org that is tied to this license is deleted. As a result, you cannot modify this license anymore. You can delete it however.

I have the same error message with different circumstances:
Our company purchased a 1 year term for Enterprise edition (single user)
We installed our Privacy Advisor product from AppExchange and it shows in our SFDC Enterprise system.
Using our LMA tool, we get the message "The proxy user isn't available. Chances are they've deactivated "
Do we need to open a trouble ticket?
