whoppmeyer Sales Force Support in Maryland Area (Gaithersburg)
We are DecisionHealth, a leading provider of news, analysis and guidance to health care practices and health-related businesses across the country. DecisionHealth’s Operations team is looking for a Sales Support Administrator for our Sales team and to support our SFA internal systems.
System Support Role
- Obtain and maintain an expert understanding of the sales and financial systems in use by the company
- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the company
- Assist and manage data integrity reviews including customer clean up exercises
- Manage Sales Force workflow within systems including setup of new fields and processes
- Liaise with IT support in development of new processes and system functionality, ensuring principles of control are met and new standard operating procedures are implemented and maintained
- Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
