Chat window is not visible to other users

Hi,

 

I have enabled chat in setup to allow users to chat. as a system admin im able to see the chat window. I have logged in as a different user but i cannot see chat window at bottom right corner.

 

Am i missing any settings. Please suggest

This is working as Expected. Chat box is missing when logged in(Using Login As Any User feature) as a different user. If your users cannot see the Chat box when logged in as them, you might need to check their Profile if API is enabled.
