dfc We are an ISV with a managed-released package that contains an application object. We want to add some new custom tabs to the current application object. Is this allowed? Can you add tabs to a managed-released application in a subsequent release? (The packaging documentation is not clear on this.)

Yes, you can add tabs to the new version of your Managed Package. Make sure you upload as a Beta first, and test everything out, you can remove any changes you made in the new version while it's still in Beta.
