Opportunity Reminder HELP!

I need to create a reminder for when a stage has not changed and another for when  the opportunity close date has lapsed.

 

Any help would be great.

Try with Workflow rules...

Set Up

App Set Up

Workflow & Approvals

You can set up Task or E-mail associate with task you want to accomplish.
