Push upgrades button disabled!

I havepatch organizations enabled, but my "Scheduled Push Upgrades" button is disabled when I click "Push Upgrades" on the version of a managed package!

 

I've created a patch org.

I updated the patch org with a fix.

I uploaded.

I go back to my main org.

I click "Push Upgrade"

"Scheduled Push Upgrade" button is disabled.

 

Any ideas?

My app hasn't finished it's security review just yet. Could this be the problem here?

Has your app been released? Has anyone installed your application yet? Scheduled Push Upgrades are available for package versions that have already been installed into other customers orgs. Security Review will not restrict you from Push Upgrading.

Our app is fully released and we do have customers using it. The customers are registered in our LMO aswell.

Log a case in the partner portal and ask them to confirm that all your package versions are enabled for Aloha (and also apex certified).  I suspect they didn't correctly enable your app.

Hello guys,
I am in big trouble.Can anyone let me know, how to get patch for older versions. Suppose I have release 2.160 , but I want patch for 2.150.Is it possible?
