Learning Workflow Rules

Where is the best place to learn how to create sucessful workflow rules? Do I need to learn Excel formulas or are there books someone can point me to?

 

Any help would be appreciated!!

Rob,

Your best bet is to jump right in and give one a try.  We're here to help if you get stuck, but you'll be fine.

The actual formulas are a bit like Excel, but if you're a wiz at Excel you'll be disappointed.  Not many math options.
