Apex code in Summer 07 Prerelease

I signed up for Summer 07 prerelease developer edition but don't see support for Apex code, specifically there is no Code menu entry under App Setup / Build. Do we need to sign up separately for Apex preview for Prerelease?

I ask my support rep the same question, he asked the pre-release product manager and was told that it is not available in pre-release. So I asked about it in the summer 07 Sandbox

and have not heard a reply from that post or my support rep. I really hope it is available as it is one thing to build code in a dev account and another thing to run and test it in a account with real data.
