SpotMe hiring Enterprise Systems Specialist in Lausanne, Switzerland

SpotMe transforms meeting participants and organizers.
Fortune 500 companies, commercial conference organizers and associations all use the SpotMe app and our meeting architecture services to engage the hundreds to thousands of participants at their live events.


We are in business since 2001, profitable, and we’re growing fast. At the beginning of 2013, 10% of conferences used a mobile app. The forecast is that by the end of 2014 more than 50% will! 10 serious contenders and dozens of small mobile app makers are competing for a piece of the pie. The next two years will decide which ones will succeed. In this context we are significantly strengthening our team.


We are an early adopter of Salesforce.com (2003) and use the platform way beyond CRM. We are looking for a Enterprise Systems Specialist. Your key objective will be to take full ownership of the company’s Enterprise Systems strategy, implementing modern Enterprise Systems that make it easier for SpotMe’s team to do a great job. To do so, you will be expected to:

  • Understand the existing enterprise systems’ capabilities (Salesforce.com Enterprise edition, Force.com development and Google Apps), identify those useful to us and enhance their capabilities.
  • Evaluate and implement new systems according to the business’ evolving requirements (e.g. Expensify; Proposal and Contract Generation; Invoice Generation, Tracking and Reminding; Salesforce.com – Mailchimp integration; other Appexchange solutions that boost our competitiveness)

Required Talents

  • Intimate knowledge of Salesforce.com and at least 6 months of Force.com development
  • Proven experience evaluating and implementing IT systems
  • Track record in understanding, simplifying and formalizing business processes
  • Good working knowledge of English is essential, French is a plus.
