Our client in the Northeast is looking for a Senior Salesforce.com Service Cloud Architect to start new implementations. Duration is 6+ months.

Ideal resources will have at least 3 years of SFDC experience including 1 recent implementation as a Lead / Architect. The need is specifically for a senior candidate who has Service cloud experience, Visual Force and Apex code development experience and web services integration experience

• Implementation: Salesforce service cloud implementation consisting of: Case management, CTI, IVR routing, Knowledge (Content & Articles). Web services integration with Sharepoint and Workday.
• Required Skills: Service Cloud, Web Service Integration. Visual force. APEX.
• Web service integration between Salesforce and Workday and Salesforce and Sharepoint.
