Filled - Hiring – Freelance/Part-time Salesforce Consultant (20 hours/week) – Remote Okay

Acutedge is looking for an EXPEREINCED freelance Salesforce Consultant/Architect to assist with current and future projects. The candidate must have strong functional skills, with knowledge of Apex and Visualforce.

Experience with Nonprofits is desirable.

Experience with DemandTools is desirable.

Role:

• Advise Acutedge’s business and nonprofit customers on Salesforce.com best practices and solutions including native and third party components
• Effectively capture new business requirements and translate  into technical design
• Assist in developing project scope, design documents, customizing application and providing training
• Troubleshoot application in a production environment
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support to existing customers

Must haves –

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Prior experience in a consulting role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience and Skills-

• Experience and Background in IT/Software Development.

• 3 or more years hands-on experience with Salesforce.com / Force.com platform, working as a consultant

• Knowledge of at least 3 of the below listed Salesforce Applications
  1. Sales
  2. Marketing
  3. Customer and Partner Portals
  4. Service
  5. Call Center

• Hands-on experience with all aspects of Salesforce setup - Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Search Layouts, Assignment Rules, Formulae, Workflows, Custom Objects, Security Controls, Profiles, User Administration, AppExchange, Business Processes, Reports and Dashboards.

• Knowledge of Data Migration and ETL tools such as Data Loader, DemandTools and Excel Connector

• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent in computer science/engineering or related technical field.
