Need help on providing in line editing to custom objects related list or search layout

Hi All,

 

I am trying to provide inline editing to the custom object related list on an account detail page.

I have downloaded the app (Mass Update+Mass Edit) and Mass update +Mass Edit +Mass Delete apps.

But I am able to see the Mass Edit and Mass Update buttons only on Standard object page layouts and search layouts.

I need for custom object related list. pls help me out

Hello Suja,

Unfortunately, this is not possible as of now. There is an idea floating on idea exchnage portal for this requirement. I would suggest you to vote this idea so that it can be included in future release.
