We are seeking a Salesforce.com Administrator who can own administration, configuration, and training of applications built on or connecting into the company’s implementation of the Salesforce.com platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about how business practices can be facilitated by Salesforce.com and act as a driver to optimize processes and add transparency.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative      needs of users
  • Maintain configuration of deployed functionality for      sales, marketing, and services teams
  • Maintain data integrity, with a focus on monitoring      data quality, record completeness and record duplication
  • Develop processes to track data integrity including      reports and dashboards
  • Monitor workflow automation rules and ensure proper      execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to translate business      rules into documented workflows in Salesforce.com.
  • Own process improvement projects including documenting      as is process, driving productive stakeholder feedback sessions,      recommending process improvements, and rolling out changes
