Changing links in tabs (in packaged apps)

Hello,
 
Does anyone know what the best way (if there is one) that would allow me to change the links in a tab, in released package app?

Not really Apex related but do you mean when you click on a tab you want it to go to a custom link?

This can be done with custom tabs out of the box. Build > Tabs > Web Tabs

Yes, I have used custom tabs but want to make sure I can change it later if necessary, without that being "destructive" within an installed managed app...

I figured it couldn't be that easy. I'm not to familiar with managaged packages so I'm afraid I can't be of much help.
