Formula - Where value is 100, sum

I am trying to develop a formula to display totals:
Where Probability = 100%
Sum values of a separate column

Where is this column?  Is it a related list or is it on the same object?  If it isn't on the object that you want the formula on then it will most likely require an sControl.  If it is on the same object them a formula within an IF statement should work.  If you can give us some more information then we can give you an educated answer.
