not able to upload triggers into an app

hi, I have created an app in which i have used triggers,packages,custom objects and custom fields.But i'm not able to upload triggers and packages. thanks in advance.

Apex Triggers and Packages are not allowed to be included in AppExchange packages at this time.

I don't know exactly what you are doing with your triggers so there may be more options but the first ones that jump to mind are to either leverage something that is already package-able - most obvious first choice would be scontrols (understanding that this is a web-client solution only) and/or move your logic to an external server.
