Calculating County by Zip Code

Hi,
Has anyone solved this and has a solution to share?
It can not be done via formula as formula's limit is 1000 characters and there are a LOT of zip codes and counties.

If you are trying to update/validate the County field in any of the object like LEADS - based off the zipcode entered, then you must use the capability of the APEX Trigger along with any web service.
