Activity History Column Layout

How can I change the order of the columns and add new columns to the Activity View list that is displayed on a Lead? I need to add additional information so users can quickly see certain history details without having to drill down on each activity

You can go to the Lead Page Layout and scroll down to the Related Lists section. Double click on Activity History to edit the fields that are viewed.
 
The only problem I find with this is you can not include the comments section, which is the ONE section I need to include. So frustrating!
