Opportunity Field Tracking

In looking through the field history tracking notes, this isn't something available on Opportunities, but I have 3 date fields that I need to track...and ideally prompt someone when they change those values.
 
Any ideas?

If you have Enterprise or higher edition, you can use workflow rules to do both of these things: the workflow rule would fire when the date has changed and then write the current date-time to a field and email someone, too.

This is awesome news! Is there a way to see everything that's coming in Summer '08 yet? Any idea when Summer '08 is getting released?

There is a "Coming in Summer 08" page on the IdeaExchange.  Became available a few days ago and I see that a lot was added yesterday.  I always take this with a grain of salt since the correlation between an Idea and the implementation is often not quite what was expected.
