error- insufficient access rights on cross reference id . 

& if you change the input values as triggering lead-lead it, the error shows-  limit exceeded or no recepients. pl help

Hey All, 

I have a cadence with 3 steps:

  1. Immediate email
  2. Follow-up email - after 5 days
  3. Custom Task after  - after 5 days

The last step contains a flow automation attached with the standard auto launched flow to update lead path 

BUT it seems my third item never get completed, and the auto launched flow is not triggered 

How can I achieve the result of unquailing a lead if he is not engaging after the 2 first emails?

Hello, i've been studying for a while now and i feel kinda lost, i don't know if i'm ready for a job or not, haven't got the salesforce administrator certification yet because i'm struggling to find job offers in my country, and i wanna know what do the companies want in an employee, is it mandatory to have a degree from university?, is it needed to have something else than the admin certification?, could i work in another country remotely? 

Please someone who has been through this, i'll gladly take your advice

Hi!  Hoping someone can help. This is a strange one to me.   

 

First step, I created a formula/lookup field on the Account object (to be able to pull data onto the Account from a Standard object related to the Account).  Then I created a second formula field on the Account to pull data from that Standard object.  After creating the formula field it seems the same % value is being captured for all accounts in my report.  When I did a spot check - they should not all be the same. I can't wrap my head around why its only capturing the one percentage across all accounts.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!    

 

Here is the screen shot of the report - and from the actually account record- it should reflect 80% on my report.

    But where is that Lookup(Contract) field on the Account record?   

     

    You're showing me the standard Contracts related list on the Account page, but not the custom Lookup(Contract) field that you created 

     

    Also, which Report Type are you using?

Hi everyone,  

 

I’m looking for recommendations on webinar software that integrates well with Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. We need something that works smoothly for large, interactive webinars, including easy event invites, follow-ups, and lead management.

 

From your experience, which platform (think Zoom, WebEx, On24, GoToWebinar, or others) offers the best integration? Are there any you'd recommend avoiding?

    We've run into issues with the Zoom integration to Pardot when trying to sync Zoom Webinar custom questions (using their registration form) back to Pardot. 

     

    The sync to the three different lists (registered, attended, absent) seems to be working fine so far. However, the Zoom custom questions are supposed to be able to create/sync to Pardot fields, but it's not getting pushed through. We can get ALL the custom questions to sync to ONE field in Pardot, but that still means manual clean-up. Tried to get support from Zoom since it's their integration with no luck in resolving so far (and the sense that they don't want to look into this further for us). 

     

    Perhaps this is just some weirdness with our account set-up, but did want to share our recent experience with you. If you are considering Zoom's integration to Pardot and are planning to use custom questions, make sure you confirm that you can get it work before you go too far.

Hello! I don't understand why I can't verify the final step when I have everything done. The platform says that I do not have Agentforce Agents "On" when I clearly do...  

Why does the platform mark my step as not completed?

I’ve created multiple exclusion option constraints that aren’t working consistently. The way I’ve always understood it, if you have “A excludes B,” it’s a mutual exclusion and you don’t need to also create “B excludes A.” But if I don’t create the inverse, the exclusion doesn’t work both ways.

 

Also, when you hover over the checkbox, the help text shows partial exclusions or it shows duplicates (B excludes A and A).

 

But wait there’s more! If A excludes B, C, and D, the help text for A shows the exclusion as “Excludes B OR C OR D” when it should be “AND.” Within the same bundle, a different exclusion will show “AND.”

 

I have run execute scripts multiple times. I have used an incognito window. What on earth is going on?

    I was always under the impression you'd need both based on other logic like price rules. But if you think it's a bug I'd recommend 

    1. Setting up a similar use case in a trailhead sandbox to see if you get the same behavior 

    2. If you don't get the same behavior I'd open a ticket from your production org

Hello there! 

 

I'm implementing Salesforce CPQ, but I'm facing an issue regarding field visibility, the scenario is: 

1. Sales reps will be responsible to create and run quote and quote lines (eventually price rules). 

2. Sales reps have limited access to quote line fields, so they can't see all variables filled by price rules. 

3. If sales reps don't have access to quote line fields the price rule can't work and fields are not populated based on criteria. 

4. If I provide access to sales reps to all quote line fields used on my price rules, the CPQ works fine. 

 

I would like to know if Salesforce CPQ have possibility to run based on User Integration, because I can't provide access to all quote line fields to sales reps due to audit trail. 

 

I tried to check the "Use Integration User" on installed package but it does not work as expected as well. 

 

I really appreciate your help
