Getting Error while inserting Records from List

Can anyone Help in Removing below error:
INVALID_FIELD_FOR_INSERT_UPDATE, cannot specify Id in an insert call:
andresperezandresperez

The ID field for an sObject is generated by the system. You should not assign a value to it when inserting a row.
