Justin Davis Closing Rate - By $ Amount, not by Record Count
I've created a report for my organization calculating the total number of proposals given by the number of closes, which is all fine and well. Now we want to see th $ of proposals given divided by the $ of closes, and I can't seem to get the custom formula to work, as it always spits out a 0% closing rate. Any help would be great, thanks.
This is the formula I'm trying to use:
WON:SUM / AMOUNT:SUM

rpr2Post your formula and someone will probably be able to identify what is wrong fairly easily.
