Adding a Link to an Email Template

I have an email alert going out to or Leadership Team whenever a new opportunity is entered greater than $500k.  It would be nice to add to the email the link to the opportunity from their email.  How would I add that link to the email template?

Add the "Detail Link" field to your email template.  For opportunities, the merge field will be something like {!Opportunity.Link}.

Where is the Detail Link field? I don't see it as an option...
