Most Recent "Call" Activity History
I'm very new to custom formula fields and I'm hoping that you'll be able to help me out.
I'm trying to create a field that displays the date of the last time the account has been called. So it'd have to search for the most recent activity history with a subject of "Call" - this way it doesn't display recent emails, notes, etc, just calls.
Anyone know how I might be able to do this? I don't know where to start. Thanks in advance for the help!
Alternatively, maybe it'd be easier to generate a report that shows all Accounts that DON'T have a "Call" (subject) Activity History within the past 90 days.
Basically all I'm trying to do is find a way to zero in on any customers that haven't been called within the past 3 months.

There's a field that you can filter Account reports on called Last Activity Date - that will be a good starting place. No can also use dynamic filters like "LAST 90 DAYS"

Thanks for the tip. Of course, the last activity field counts any sort of activity - I would want to exclude everything except activities marked "Call". Any ideas on how I could do that?
