FORCE IDE for Spring '10 (Eclipse 3.5?)

I saw in the Spring '10 re-certification videos that the Force IDE for Spring '10 would be ready by Feb 10 with support for Eclipse 3.5 (and the install would be both Eclipse 3.5 AND the IDE), but it's a month later and it's still not out there.  Anyone have an update on when to expect this?

they already posted in the forum on this.  basically, wait another month, and then they'll be releasing it.

Or is it another delayed delivery?  http://developer.force.com/releases/release/Spring10/IDE said April 19th 2010..... =(

Well, it's April 19th. The wiki page has said it would be release today! I'm waiting patiently... :)
