Showing pricebook2 record id using formula field

Hi,

 

I wan to populate pricebook2 record id in the record.

 

Is it possible to do using formula field?

When you say 'record' what do you mean by it? Is it Opportunity or Opportunity Product? If yes, there is already field in Opportunity to store it. It would be great if you can explain what you want to achieve...
